cylex_emsmdt — Advanced EMS / Hospital MDT

A premium medical Mobile Data Terminal built for modern FiveM roleplay servers. Every page updates in real time — when a patient is admitted, a surgery is scheduled or a lab result comes back, every open MDT reflects it instantly with no page reloads.

Not a re-skinned police MDT. Every page speaks medicine: triage colors, chief complaints, diagnoses, ICD-10 codes, medications and prescriptions. PD-type jobs (police, sheriff, fib…) are hard-blocked — this terminal cannot be used as a police MDT.

• Chief complaint free-text plus arrival type — Ambulance, Walk-in, Transfer, Police Escort or Dead on Arrival
• Triage color — Red (critical), Yellow (urgent), Green (stable), Black (deceased)
• Legal flags — Gunshot wound & suspected abuse for automatic PD notification
• Attending medics, patients, companions / family, attached diagnoses and doctor notes
• Photos, tags, linked records, templates and status tracking

💊 Prescription System

• Doctors write scripts with a diagnosis and multiple medication lines (dose, frequency, duration, instructions)
• Every script gets a unique verification code (RX-XXXXXX) that anyone can look up
• Printing hands a physical prescription_paper item to the patient with the Rx attached as metadata
• Standalone queue page tracks Active / Filled / Expired / Cancelled across the whole hospital

⏱️ Automatic Duty Time Tracking

Tracks each medic's on-duty time automatically — no extra commands. Elapsed seconds accumulate into a lifetime total per medic, visible on their profile and ranked on the Analytics leaderboard. Timers survive crashes and resource restarts; partial sessions are flushed the moment they end.

🗺️ Live Map

Real-time positions of on-duty medics. The snapshot loop only runs while someone has the page open — zero cost when idle. Supports hospital-scoped or shared cross-department view.

🔔 Discord Webhook Logging

Every MDT action (patient records, surgeries, prescriptions, lab tests, ICU admissions, medications, diagnoses, medics, exams, units, permissions and more) can be forwarded to a dedicated Discord channel via webhook — one channel per category, with a single fallback channel.

🎨 Theme Customization

Full color palette configured in config.lua — no rebuild needed. The default is a clean medical red-on-charcoal theme, and players can personalize their own accent color from an in-game settings panel.
